A busy working University of Iowa professional, this homeowner hired Emily to help save her time in selecting the interior finishes for her two-story townhome, custom-built by Jeff Hendrickson Development. Her love of bold and glamorous details is evident throughout the interiors of this open, modern Iowa City home. Sleek, bronze flat panel kitchen cabinets from KBD of Iowa City are accentuated by Black and Bronze GE Café Appliances from Slager Appliance. Dramatic countertops with swirls of sparkling gold, black and white are a highlight of the kitchen and master bath. The bathroom and bar finishes are from Randy’s Flooring and pair fashion-forward, reflective bronze and brass designs with classic black and white.
