MODERN TRADITIONALIST TOWNHOME
Second homeowners from Florida built this custom townhome as an escape to visit their daughter, who is a resident at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Sports Medicine. They were self-described “modern traditionalists” with a preference for a cool and serene color scheme. They wanted this home to feel classic yet casual, with durable, timeless finishes that would appeal to a broad variety of tastes. Natural textures are paired with polished elements throughout to create the calming, elegant atmosphere.
