Investment partners approached Emily to help select the finishes for this Home Builder’s Association Parade Home. Shortly after, the home was presold, allowing Emily to personalize the paint selection, master bath, and kitchen finishes to align with the style preferences of the home buyers. This young family went with durable quartz countertops and classic design elements, like the grid applied molding fireplace surround with marble mosaic inset. Natural interior finishes, grasscloth wall covering, and a river rock shower floor, create a spa-like experience in the master bath.
